Welcome, Neighbor!

We may be at the edge of the city — but we’re right at the heart of something special.

Welcome to one of Saint Paul’s most distinctive neighborhoods. Located in the northwest corner of the city — just minutes from both downtowns and adjacent to the University of Minnesota’s St. Paul campus — St. Anthony Park is where deep roots, natural beauty, and community spirit come together.

Whether you live here, work here, or are visiting for the first time — you’ll find a neighborhood that leads with heart.

From historic homes and green spaces in the North to creative businesses and bold momentum in the South — we’re one community united by shared values, civic pride, and a commitment to building a more inclusive future. We’re glad you’re here!

Committees is where
VOLUNTEERS GET INVOLVED!

The Council has established four volunteer committees to engage and recruit neighbors into serving the community.  There are also two operation committees founded to manage and administer the organization.

All committees work to fulfill the goals and objectives outlined in the ‘10-Year Community Plan‘ (2022) – as approved by the City of St. Paul and reflective of the desires of the district’s residents – and to uphold SAPCC By-Laws and Policies.
