About SAPCC
The St. Anthony Park Community Council is where residents and businesses come together on vital neighborhood interests that enhance the quality of life, strengthen the character and vitality of the community, and ensure the effectiveness of government.

Giving all of St. Anthony Park a voice
SAPCC is the district council for North and South St. Anthony Park, District 12 of Saint Paul’s 17 district councils. We’re a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that relies heavily on donations and grant funding.
We serve the community by taking on day-to-day neighborhood issues as well as long-term planning: bringing neighbors together, caring for shared spaces, and making sure neighbors have a real say on transit, development, and City decisions.

How we work

Board of Directors
Neighbors elect a volunteer Board to represent North and South St. Anthony Park, alongside delegates from local organizations and emerging leaders. All Board meetings are open to the public.

Committees
Four volunteer committees (Environment, Equity, Land Use, and Transportation) connect neighbors to the most pressing issues. Executive and Finance committees support the Board's governance work.

Staff
A small staff keeps committees, volunteers, and projects connected: Zev Radziwill, Executive Director, and Bobby McPherson, Associate Director.

Saint Paul's District Councils
Saint Paul’s District Councils are independent, nonprofit organizations. Each one is governed by a board of directors and employs its own staff. Equitable community engagement is the cornerstone of our work. We build connections within and between communities, play important roles in planning and public policy, and engage the community in work that makes the City and our neighborhoods a better and more sustainable place to live, learn, work and play.
SAPCC is advisory. We gather neighbor input and share the neighborhood’s position with the City and other agencies; final decisions on development, streets, and transit rest with those public bodies.
