4th in the Park is one of the longest-running parades in Minnesota and a celebration of community for all ages. It’s run by its own organizers. SAPCC committee members walk in the parade.
Community Forums
“The purpose of Town Meetings is to provide a public forum for discussion of community concerns and to allow Board members to report activities to the community.”
SAPCC Bylaws, §9.2. Town Meetings “shall be held at least twice annually,” with advance notice and an agenda shared with the community.
SAPCC hosts community forums each year, as our bylaws require. The Hampden Park Ice Cream Social each September serves as our fall forum.
We hold at least one more forum every year, such as a candidate forum before elections or a development forum. On November 18, 2025, more than 120 neighbors joined SAPCC’s Community Forum on the Luther Seminary Lower Campus redevelopment at Luther Seminary’s Olson Campus Center, with a livestream for online viewers.
Forum dates are announced on the Event Calendar and in our eNewsletter.

Give, lend a hand, or come to a committee meeting. Every bit keeps St. Anthony Park neighbor-powered.
