The Land Use Committee is a volunteer committee of the St. Anthony Park Community Council (District 12). It reviews development proposals, zoning cases and business license applications, and recommends positions to the SAPCC Board. SAPCC is advisory: the City makes final decisions on private development.
Developers often share proposals early at Land Use meetings so neighbors can weigh in, and the committee applies SAPCC’s Unified Design Guidelines, including sustainability and affordability.
Note: Through December 2026 the committee meets on the first Monday of the month. It returns to first Thursdays on January 7, 2027.
